Frikartii Aster, Aster x frikartii

Frikartii Aster, Aster x frikartii, is one of the most useful bloomers for the woodland garden. A hybrid between Aster amellus and a Himalayan species it is one of the most useful and widely adapted perennials. It forms loose mounds about two feet tall and wide. Excellent cut flowers. Blooms from early summer to fall.
