As a not-for-profit organization (501(c)3), we are constantly searching for ways to generate the funds necessary to continue our mission and to update the Gardens. There are several ways for you to provide Financial Support to DBG – all tax deductible!. Simply donate to the one (or more?) that appeal to you most: Become a Member, Donate for Garden’s Wish List, Buy Boutique items, Attend special events. One of the easiest ways to Support us is to sign up at Rays in Mont Shasta so they can donate 1% of their proceeds from your purchase.Click the link below to enter the membership donation you want, and optionally click the “Make This Recurring (Monthly)” box if your amount is a Sustaining Membership pledge.
Volunteering in the Botanical Gardens is a fun and fulfilling way to get to know the Botanical Gardens better. There are as many ways to become involved as there are personalities. Helping with our educational outreach is an opportunity for getting to know visitors by giving tours or assisting our Horticulturalist with special workshops. Helping us plant our Spring annual color is a way to get down in the dirt with the plants. Becoming a committee member for one of our fundraisers runs the gamut from lending us a hand to showing off your organizational skills. Artists may prefer to photograph the gardens and submit their best to our annual fall photo contest. Call us at 530-235-4740 or write to email@example.com to tell us what activities you would like to help with.
